Caroline Wilbor

Senior HR Consultant
Caroline started out her career as a nurse, then went on to join British Airways as cabin crew in the 80s; marriage and family followed during the 90s when she decided to 'hang up her wings' and settle down to a career in HR within the airline, becoming a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

About Caroline

After 25 years she said goodbye to the corporate world and set up not one, but two businesses! She acts as a Senior HR Consultant, whilst she continues to nurture her creative side through running Eclectica, a place of special finds for the home & garden based in Worthing.

Outside of work (when her three daughters, give her a minutes' peace!), she enjoys weekends in France exploring Brocantes, binging Netflix box-sets and knitting!
